Shipping Policy

Order Processing 

Orders placed on heirclo.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 4-7 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. All orders are dispatched from the Pretoria, South Africa.

We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. We must have a valid street address in order to deliver to you.

Any enquiries regarding cancellations, address updates, and order changes should be done via emailing orders@heirclo.com or support@heirclo.com within 24 hours of ordering. Although cancellations and updates are not always guaranteed. During busy periods or orders placed on weekends, these requests may not be possible. Please ensure all order information is accurate to avoid any problems.

 

Shipping Costs:

South Africa: R110 incl. Shipping insurance

 

For national orders: We ship nationally with The Courier Guy. If you receive any suspicious SMSs or emails, contact us at support@heirclo.com.

For international orders: We ship internationally with DHL. If you receive an email from DHL or your local customs agency asking for additional payment, contact us at support@heirclo.com.

Return and Refund Policy

Return Policy

You have up to 14 days upon receiving your shipment to return items purchased. We will not accept any returns after 14 days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If you received the wrong order to request a return as soon as you receive your items.

To request a return, you can contact us at orders@heirclo.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your returned order, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

We will not accept any “HEIR”  items not bought through heirclo.com for returns, exchange or refunds. All of our official products are only sold via our online store. View more information in our Terms of Service

Shipping charges, as well as customs duties and taxes, are non-refundable.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right as soon as possible.

As our procedure we already check our products,

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return and refund the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

If your return doesn’t include an exchange, then we will refund you.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@heirclo.com.

 

Disclaimer

Frequent returns or unusual patterns/activity will be flagged in our system. If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our Terms of Service
